Is This You?

Who Is This For?

Who This Is For:

  • You own an established business and earn $500K or more a year in combined taxable income.
  • Your CPA gets your returns in on time, but nobody plans your taxes while the year is still open.
  • Your income has grown, but the way you pay yourself, salary versus distributions, hasn't changed in years.
  • You own more than one entity, or you're not sure the one you picked at the start still fits the company you run now.
  • You're planning a hire, an expansion or a major equipment purchase and want to see the cash and tax impact first.
  • You might sell in the next 2 to 10 years and want this year's decisions to keep that door open.
  • You're tired of paying several advisors who never talk to each other.

This Is Not For:

  • W-2 employees and investors who don't own an operating business.
  • Owners earning under $500K a year.
  • Startups that haven't moved past the early stage yet.
  • Owners who only want last year's return filed and nothing else.
  • Anyone shopping for the cheapest preparer instead of year-round advice.

100% Done-For-You

Here's Everything We Do For You

Here's how Zhenya and her team run the tax side of an established business, all 12 months of the year.

We Start With Your Returns

We review your most recent business and personal returns plus your current financials, and trace how money flows from your company, through your other entities, to you.

We Project Your Year Early

We forecast your tax exposure before the year closes, so you see your number in the fall, and we model big calls like a hire, an expansion or new equipment before you commit.

We Set How You Get Paid

We set your salary and distributions at a level that's efficient and defensible, and we put retirement contributions to work alongside the money you take out of the business.

We Fix Your Entity Setup

We check whether your LLC, S-Corp or other entities still fit the company you run today. When they don't, we handle the change, and we sort out income from multiple states.

We File Both Returns

When filing season arrives, we prepare the company's return and your personal one in house, so what gets filed matches what we planned during the year.

We Work With Your Advisors

We coordinate with your attorney and other advisors so nobody pulls in a different direction, and any question you send gets an answer the same day or within 24 hours.

Still On The Fence?

Frequently Asked Questions

My CPA already files my returns. Why would I need this?+
Filing records a year that's already over. By February the revenue is in, payroll has run and the distributions have gone out, so a return can only add them up. We work on your numbers while they can still move, then prepare your business and personal returns ourselves so what gets filed matches the plan.
Is it too late to do anything about 2026?+
No, and fall is a good time to start because most of your year is now real numbers. Some moves do close on December 31st, like salary run through payroll, equipment put into service and 401(k) deferrals from your pay. Others have more room, like certain new retirement plans that can be adopted up to your filing deadline, so we sort what still counts for 2026 from what to line up for 2027.
What happens if you don't save me at least $50K?+
Then you don't pay for our planning work. The savings show up when your return is filed, because that's when the changes we made during the year get counted. Zhenya walks you through exactly how the promise works on the strategy call.
I might sell in a few years. Does tax planning matter now?+
It does. Zhenya is also a Certified Exit Planning Advisor, and how your company is set up today decides how much of the sale price you keep. She uses the Exit Planning Institute's process, so whether you sell in 2 years or 10, this year's decisions keep that door open.
Who will I actually be working with?+
You deal with Zhenya directly. Lin Wang, a CPA with over 20 years in tax and accounting, works with her on returns and planning. Any question you send gets an answer the same day or within 24 hours.
Do you work with owners outside Florida?+
Yes. Everything runs online, so ClearSky CPA works with business owners in all 50 states.
What does it cost?+
Our fee is a subscription, billed by the month or by the year, so it's a set cost and not a share of your savings. Prices aren't published on our site, so Zhenya quotes your fee up front on the strategy call once she understands your situation.
What should I bring to the strategy call?+
Last year's returns for the company and for you, plus this year's profit and loss so far. Real figures let Zhenya talk about your situation instead of in generalities, and a spouse or co-owner who shares these decisions is welcome to join.
One Last Step

Want To See What You Could Stop Overpaying Before December 31st?

On the strategy call, Zhenya looks at your income, your entities and how you pay yourself, then shows you where the current setup costs you extra tax and which fixes can still count for 2026.
